SY89430V Precision Edge FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER SY89430V (50MHz to 950MHz) FEATURES 5V and 3.3V power supply options Precision Edge 50MHz to 950MHz differential PECL outputs 25ps peak-to-peak output jitter DESCRIPTION Minimal frequency over-shoot Synthesized architecture The SY89430V is a general purpose, synthesized clock Serial 3 wire interface source targeting applications that require both serial and parallel interfaces. Its internal VCO will operate over a Parallel interface for power-on range of frequencies from 400MHz to 950MHz. The Internal quartz reference oscillator driven by quartz differential PECL output can be configured to be the VCO crystal frequency divided by 1, 2, 4 or 8. With the output configured Applications note (AN-07) for ease of design-ins to divide the VCO frequency by 2, and with a 16MHz Available in 28-pin PLCC and SOIC packages external quartz crystal used to provide the reference frequency, the output frequency can be specified in 1MHz steps.
