The SY88053CLMG-TR is a part of Microchip's Small Signal Optocouplers product line. It is a 4-channel, high-speed isolated gate driver circuit. It contains four isolated gate drive channels, along with a standby switch, shutdown circuit, and a transceiver driver. The optically isolated gate drive channels provide up to 23mW power in bridge and half-bridge topologies with a ±60V driving capability and logic-level input. The standby switch and shutdown circuits allow the user to reduce power consumption to as low as 19mW. The integrated transceiver driver reduces system complexity and costs by providing a direct interface between the driver and a standard RS-485 transceiver.
