The MICRF114T-I/OT is a monolithic CMOS active low-power RF receiver from Microchip. It is an edge-triggered UHF receiver module which is designed for low-power applications. It features a fast settling oscillator, built-in data detection and RSSI circuit, and active low enable/disable function. The device has a 433MHz frequency range with a 1MHz step size and is capable of operating over a wide voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V. It is packaged in an SOT26 surface mount package with lead-free RoHS compliant and green mold compound options.
