The MCP4725A0T-E/CH with D/A converter is a 12-bit, single-channel Digital-to-Analog converter. It is designed to operate with a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and is packaged in a SOT23-6 package manufactured by Microchip. Additional features of this device include up to 8-bit soft-span resolution, an internal oscillator, programmable NOT-connect power-down modes and an on-board non-volatile memory (EEPROM). The EEPROM offers 500k write cycles, which eliminates the need for an external EEPROM. This device includes an on-chip bandgap reference and internal voltage output buffer for low-cost operation and high performance.
