The DSPIC30F6012A-30I/PF is a mixed-signal Flash Digital Signal Controller (DSC) with a 16-bit architecture and dsPIC core from Microchip. It incorporates a Flash program memory with an SRAM data memory, a Peripheral Pin Select (PPS) configuration, and Core Independent Peripherals (CIPs). It also includes 4 motor control PWM outputs, 2 capacitive sensing inputs, 4 general-purpose Timer/Counters, 2 push-pull and 2 EPWM output Compare Units, 2 SPI/I2C interfaces, 2 UARTs, and 1 I2S interface. The device is capable of being clocked at up to 30 MIPS (Instruction Per Second) and 5V tolerant I/Os.
