The ATTINY1606-MN is an 8-bit microcontroller manufactured by Microchip with a 20 MHz clock speed, 16KB of Flash Memory, and a VQFN20 package. It has a 105 Degrees Celsius operating temperature range, and is available in a green, tray package. The ATTINY1606-MN has enhanced peripherals for digital signal processing including a pulse width modulation controller, five-channel 12-bit ADC, EEPROM, as well as 10-bit analog comparators and an enhanced core which supports high-speed operations. It also offers an 8-externel Interrupts system, 8-bit high-speed SPI slave and an 8-bit I2C Slave interface.
