The ATMEGA64RFR2-ZF is a member of the Atmel AVR family of microcontrollers from Microchip Technology Inc. It features a single 8-bit AVR microcontroller core with 64 kB of Flash Program Memory and 4 kB of SRAM. Its peripheral features include 4 synchronous/asynchronous serial ports, SPI, TWI, 6 timers and real-time clock/calendar, A/D and D/A converter, and an ergonomic feature set. It operates at a low power of up to 1.2 V and up to 8 MHz clock speed. Additionally, it includes a wireless 2.4 GHz transceiver that meets the needs of a broad range of Zigbee, Thread and IP-based applications.
