ATMEGA128RFR2-ZF is a member of the Atmel AVR family of Flash-based microcontrollers. It integrates a high performance 8-bit AVR core and is designed for low power wireless solutions. It contains 128KB of in-system self-programmable Flash program memory, and 4KB EEPROM non volatile memory. This microcontroller is equipped with a high-speed internal oscillator, programmable logic arrays and a range of peripheral features such as a UART, SPI, I2c, SSC, and USB.
