The ATA8215-GHQW is an electrically programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM) manufactured by Microchip. It is a 16 MegaByte non-volatile memory device, with a maximum 32MByte capacity, suitable for a wide range of applications. It contains a Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) interface and supports read, write and erase functions. The device can be used as either general-purpose memory or as a boot memory for microcontroller. It is available in 5V or 3V logic levels and has a wide temperature range from -40C to +85C.
