Based on the advanced Melexiis CMOS process, the IC contains a Hall-effect seennsor, dynamic offset correction and low side ooutput drivers. Frequency Generator or Rotatiion Detection is available. The open-drain ouuttppuutt makes easier the connectivity with any external inntteerface such as hardware monitoring or Super II//OO IC. These features are combined wwith the Melexis patented no-V design to fit thhe IC in a small 4- DD pin VK package.
