The SPX3819M5-L-3-3/TR is a SOT-23-5 surface mount low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator from MaxLinear's SPX3819 series. It is an ultra-low-cost 500 mA fixed-output device that uses a very low drop-out voltage of 150mV. It provides a stable, 3.3V output and features fast turn-on and ultra-low noise. It has a power supply rejection ratio of 70dB and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Additionally, it offers a low quiescent current (150 uA typical) for improved efficiency.
