's product line The MPS-6005L-2 is a 5.0” TFT LCD Module from Matrix Orbital's product line. It is an LCD module with an integrated an LED backlight. The module has an 8-bit microcontroller and a 5.0" TFT LCD display with a resolution of 320 x 240, with an LED backlight adjustable LED Backlight. The module comes with an SD Card slot, 2 GB of RAM and 8 GB of Flash memory. It also has integrated Ethernet and RS485 communication ports, as well as two switch inputs, two BI ports, two PWM ports and a serial port. It has a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The MPS-6005L-2 has a TTL logic interface, making it compatible with all popular TTL logic devices.
