The unit is designed for easy integration into a variety of applications and is compatible with a broad selection of serial interfaces, including RS232, SPI, I2C, USB, and UART. It has the ability to display text, graphics and animations with impressive clarity. The MPS-3003D also has an onboard I/O control port which allows developers to easily interconnect several of the MPS displays with each other, creating a powerful graphical user interface. The unit can even be used outdoors as it is protected from direct sunlight and has a contrast much better than typical industrial displays.
