The MX30UF1G18AC-XKI is a 1-gigabit (1G) Flash memory device manufactured by Macronix. It is a member of the MX30 family, designed for use in embedded applications such as set-top boxes, digital TV, industrial and consumer electronics. The chip operates on a 1.8V power supply and features an environment-resistant design and an enhanced system-level error correction. The memory has a sector size of 256KB, a page size of 32KB and an I/O speed of 133MHz. It is able to utilize multiple operations, such as write / program, erase, copyback, and read. The XPI interface is used in order to control the memory chip. In addition, the device supports the NAND-type external interface and features Error Correction Code (ECC).
