The M3Tek MT2011XSPR is a SOP-8L-EP RoHS compliant Power Management Integrated Circuit (PMIC) designed to efficiently manage and monitor battery charging for a variety of applications. It features up to 8A fast charge current, up to 2A precision constant current/constant voltage (CC/CV) charging, integrated reverse current protection, programmable over-temperature protection, trickle charging, an adjustable input voltage range, and low-voltage protection. The device operates over an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is suitable for use in a variety of battery applications including phones, tablets, and power tools. The MT2011XSPR also features a low power shutdown mode, current reference comparator, and an adjustable charge termination voltage.
