The LP1110QVF is a 8-pin dual MOS driver package with a Low-Power DFN-8 RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) feature. This MOSFET driver has an ultra-low quiescent current rating with a 2.4W maximum package power dissipation. It integrates two low-side MOSFET drivers in a single, 8-pin DFN package which is RoHS compliant. The operating supply voltage range is 4.5V to 18V, and each driver is rated for a maximum output of 350mA with a rise and fall time up to 100ns. This device is suitable for automotive and industrial applications due to its high temperature operation, high noise immunity and robust ESD protection.
