The Q6N3RP is a TRIAC logic-sensitive gate 600V 1A surface mount device manufactured by Littelfuse. It is a bidirectional, three-terminal semiconductor device with medium current conduction capability. The device is housed in the DO-214 (Compak) package and is designed to disconnect the load from the input voltage source when the gate current exceeds a certain threshold, thus providing protection against voltage surges. The maximum peak current can be controlled by the gate current and it has a high hold-off and break-over current.
