The MCR706AT4G is a fast-acting, surface-mount, Single Channel Low-Side Driver module made by Littelfuse. It is designed to operate as a very low on-resistance driver with low input voltage, high surge capability and fast switching performance. It is suitable for driving loads such as solenoids, relays, and LEDs. It has a maximum operating voltage of 40V and a maximum operating current of 8A with a turn-on time of 30ns. The module is housed in an SOT-89 package.
