The MCR106-6G is a 600V N-channel MOSFET from the SENSFET product line manufactured by Littelfuse. It is designed for general-purpose, low voltage switching and circuit protection applications. The part is available in an SOT-223 surface mount package with a central drain pads. It has an typical on-state resistance (RDS on) of 0.01 ohms and has a continuous drain current of 6A. It can withstand peak pulse currents of up to 50A, allowing for a wide range of load conditions. The MCR106-6G also has built-in ESD protection to prevent damage from static discharge.
