The Littelfuse D4025L is a single-pole, thermal circuit breaker designed for both AC and DC applications, such as load centers, panel boards, motor control centers and power supplies. The device offers trip-free, on/off cycle operation with a manual trip button. It features an over-temperature sensing element which trips the breaker if the temperature surrounding the device exceeds the rated level. It has an AC trip current rating of 25A at 277VAC and a DC rating of 25A at 28VDC. The D4025L offers a nominal circuit voltage of 120/277 VAC and 28 VDC. It also has a trip time of less than 0.1 seconds at rated current. The device is UL approved and is available in a wide range of terminals and panel cut-outs.
