The LTV-817S-TP-C is a part of Lite-On's Semiconductor Technology range. It is a surface-mount LED package, consisting of an LED mounted on a small 8mm x 8mm x 1.5mm (L x W x H) silicone substrate. It has an overall power consumption of up to 350 mW and can be used for various general lighting and indicator applications, such as lighting up the lens of a head lamp. The package has a matte black surface, with a wide viewing angle of 120 degrees and a recommended operating temperature range of -30 ~ 80 degrees Celsius. It features a PYGMY wedge base and has a luminous intensity rating of up to 5,000 mcd @ 20mA.
