The LSP2015BAADADJ is a Low Dropout (LDO) regulator in a SOT23-5L RoHS package manufactured by Lite-On. It is an ultra-small, low quiescent current linear regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage from 1.0V to 5.0V with a maximum output current of 200mA. The device features a Dropout voltage of 150mV at full load, making it suitable for applications where very low power dissipation is important. It also features protections such as Overcurrent, Thermal Shutdown and Short-Circuit protection to protect the system from excessive input currents and other faults. It is suitable for use in applications such as DC-DC converters, cameras, cell phones and other battery-driven systems.
