STREAM is Lime’s powerful, low-cost, software-defined radio (SDR) architecture. STREAM technology enables developers and system integrators to quickly create cost-effective SDR applications. The STREAM architecture provides a complete platform for implementing software-defined radio applications on FPGA, including real-time, high-performance signal processing, system control, and communications from the analog layer up to the L2/L3 protocol layers. STREAM is designed to be used on low-cost, automotive-grade platforms to enable a wide range of wireless capabilities, including wireless networking and communications solutions for motor vehicle applications. STREAM can also be applied across a variety of wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, 4G/5G cellular, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, and GPS.
