The BC547B is a NPN transistor manufactured by LGE and packaged in a TO-92 RoHS housing. It has a maximum collector current rating of up to 200 mA, a maximum collector-emitter voltage of up to 45V and a gain of up to 800 at 10mA. It is used in a multitude of applications including amplifier circuits, switching circuits and analog circuits. It is suitable for operation over a wide range of temperatures ranging from -65 to +150 degrees Celsius. It is also capable of handling medium power dissipation of 500mW.
