The ILM12F-DOE-520-5-239-F laser module is manufactured by Laser Components and is a diode-pumped, solid-state, green laser module. It has an emitting wavelength of 520nm and an output power of 5mW and is suitable for a wide range of applications including medical, industrial, and scientific. The optical lens used is a Cross pattern lens with a fan angle of more than 60°. The module features an integrated, digital RS-485 interface, which is compatible with ILM12F controllers.
