FP-D-635-3-E-F is a laser diode, made by Laser Components, that emits a beam of 635nm of red light with a maximum output power of 3W. The diode is available in TO-5 and TO-can packages and has an integrated emitter fan and thermistor for improved thermal control. The diode is rated for continuous operation at 500mA with a maximum peak current of 1500mA. The emitter fan runs at 12Vdc and the thermistor has an operating temperature range of – 10 to +70°C. The product also includes an upgrade option for a temperature-controlled, three-phase driver.
