The FP-D-635-13-E-F is an epoxy-mounted 635nm red laser diode from Laser Components. This laser diode is designed for direct OEM device integration, and is housed in a TO-5/CAN package. It has a low threshold current, and is capable of emitting a 10mW beam when pulsed with a nominal current of 110mA. It also has a half-angle beam divergence of 25°. This laser diode is designed for applications such as medical research, material processing, medical instrumentation and OEM device integration.
