The CS-1625 is a device-level controller from Kantech, a manufacturer of access control solutions. It is used to control access to a building or site with an electronic card reader, and can be connected to other Kantech devices, such as relay counters and readers, to autonomously open doors. The CS-1625 is capable of connecting to up to a total of 16 doors, each door being able to have up to 2 readers and 8 relay openings. It is compatible with Kantech’s ioManagement applications and software, and is built using an industrial-grade Ethernet interface. It is designed to be highly reliable, able to operate in temperatures between -25° to 55° C, and is resistant to dust, humidity, and other environmental elements.
