t KTS1670 Adjustable Over-Voltage Protection Switch Features Brief Description Wide Input voltage range: 2.7V to 30V The KTS1670 over-voltage protection device features an Up to 3.0A current capability ultra-low 60m (typical) on-resistance high current Integrated 60m (typ) N-Channel MOSFET integrated MOSFET which actively protects low-voltage Fast OVP turn-off response time: 100ns systems from voltage supply faults up to +30V. Flexible trip-point options An input voltage exceeding the over-voltage threshold will Default Fixed 6.05 cause the internal MOSFET to turn off, preventing Adj. 4V to 20V excessive voltage from damaging downstream devices. Auto-enabled switch with 18ms debounce time Under voltage (UVLO), Short-circuit and thermal When the OVLO input is connected to GND, the KTS1670 shutdown protection automatically chooses the internal fixed OVLO threshold, Compliance to IEC61000-4-2 (level 4) preset to 6.05V (typical).
