The BAV99 is a switching diode manufactured by Jingdao and is ROHS compliant. It features a maximum voltage rating of 70V and an operating temperature range of -55? to +150? at a junction temperature of 225mW. It has a nominal forward voltage drop of 1.25V at a current of 150mA and a reverse leakage current of 2.5uA at 70V. It has a maximum continuous forward current rating of 200mA and comes in a SOT-23 package. It has a very fast switching time of 6ns, making it ideal for high-speed applications.
