The IS31FL3737-QFLS4-TR is an LED display driver manufactured by Integrated Silicon Solution Inc. (ISSI). It is designed to drive 12x12 dot-matrix LED displays and comes in a Quad Flat No Lead (QFN) package with dimensions of 5.0mm x 5.0mm. It comes in Tape and Reel (T&R) format.
