:The Isocom TLP521-1XGBSMT&R is a four-pin RoHS-compliant optocoupler designed to isolate input and output signals and protect circuits against electrical noise. It consists of an infrared light emitting diode (LED) and an NPN silicon photo-transistor which are optically isolated from each other. The device operates over a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C. It is also designed for use in difficult industrial environments with high EMI and RFI noise. It boasts a high speed switching time of 0.4 µs, and a high insulation resistance of 100MO.
