The ISP817XCSMT&R with Optocouplers SMD-4 RoHS is an electro-optical device made and manufactured by Isocom. It is a package of 4 RoHS compliant optocouplers. The optocouplers are optically isolated digital input devices, each with a gallium arsenide infrared LED emitter and a NPN silicon photodetector. The optocouplers have maximum CTR ratings of 400%, a maximum isolation voltage of 5kV RMS, a rise and fall time of 40µsec, and a maximum forward current of 10mA. The optocoupler package is designed for surface mount assembly and has a low profile design.
