The Infineon TLE8250GVIOXUMA5 is a Single-Chip ISO 11898-2 (CAN 2.0A/B) Transceiver with integrated Deboucing and Watchdog Timers. It is designed to provide a physical layer interface between a Controller Area Network (CAN) protocol controller and a CAN bus. It provides an interface between the CAN controller and the physical bus. The TLE8250GVIOXUMA5 has a very low sleep current consumption of <10µA, advanced EMI filter circuitry, wake-up filtering, and support for up to 250KBaud data rates. It is packaged in a TSSOP-18 lead frame and is suitable for transmission in 12/24V automotive networks.
