The TLE8080EMXUMA1 is a 48-V Intelligent Power Module (IPM) from Infineon. It is based on the TLE8080EMUMA1 enhanced D2PAK package and is widely used in motor control and power conversion applications. The module contains 8 individual power MOSFETs, temperature sensing and safety functions, over temperature protection and Short Circuit protection. It is designed to work in a wide range of power switching applications up to a rated output of 20A and voltages of up to 48V. The module also features integrated capacitors for fast switching and active clamping for a more efficient operation. The TLE8080EMXUMA1 is suitable for driving applications such as fans and servo motors, as well as power conversion applications such as Servo Drives, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPSs) and renewable systems.
