The TLE6251DXUMA2 is a CAN Interface Integrated Circuit (IC) Transceiver manufactured by Infineon. It is a high performance, low power 8-pin low-profile Dual-Supply Transceiver for CAN FD applications. The TLE6251DXUMA2 offers CAN FD support with an extended operating range of 6V to 28V. It is also ideal for Mixed-Signal Systems that incorporate both CAN and non-CAN functions, providing a redundancy source detected on the CAN bus and a fast native error flag. Additionally, the TLE6251DXUMA2 features a LDO element for CAN supply voltage. Other features include high data rate support, low quiescent current consumption, automatic sleep and wake-up mode and optional component protection and diagnostic functions.
