The T390N12TOF is a power MOSFET from Infineon's OptiMOS series. It features a breakdown voltage of 1200V, a drain-source current of 390 A, and a drain-source voltage of 12V. The OptiMOS series is designed for high power applications such as power supplies, motor control, and traction drives. The MOSFETs in this series are optimized for a low on-resistance, fast switching times, and low gate charge. The T390N12TOF also features central-side gate control and ultra-soft body diode.
