The S25FL512SDPMFVG10 is a flash memory device produced by Infineon Technologies. It is a 512 Mbit (64 Megabyte), multichip package, Serial Flash device which uses a SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) protocol. This device offers organized as 65,536 programmable pages of 256-bytes each. It is organized as 32768, 16-bit words (8MBit density).
