% & ( ) )*+,* General Description The PVX6012 Photovoltaic Relay is a single-pole, IGBT and HEXFRED output normally open solid-state relay that can replace 600 Vp blocking voltage electromechanical relays in many applications. It 1 A / 1 A DC load current RMS utilizes an IGBT output switch, driven by an integrated 3,750 V I/O isolation RMS circuit photovoltaic generator of novel construction. Solid-state reliability The output switch is controlled by radiation from a High input sensitivity GaAlAs light emitting diode (LED) which is optically isolated from the photovoltaic generator. Low off-state leakage current The PVX6012 is ideally suited for switching medium Bounce-free and arc-free operation power loads. It offers high operating speed, low and No EMI generation stable on-state voltage drop as well as low off-state UL508 recognized leakage current. PVX6012 relays are packaged in a 14-pin, molded DIP package in thru-hole. It is available in standard plastic shipping tubes.
