TechnologiesThe ITS4140N is an advanced power switch IC from Infineon Technologies. It is a high side 1x1000mOhm power distribution solution that offers maximum switching frequencies of up to 1MHz and can be used to drive power transistors from 9-60V. The device utilizes advanced technologies such as Dual Core Gate Driver with Fast Transient Response (FTR) and EMI Reduction technology to provide a flexible yet reliable power distribution solution. The device also includes thermal protection, an overvoltage protection clamp, a current limit and voltage clamp and certain diagnostic features to provide an effective and safe power switch for a wide array of applications.
