.The IRS2106STRPBF is a dual half-bridge logic level gate driver integrated circuit designed by Infineon Technologies. It is intended for high current, low voltage applications and allows the gate drive to be used in low-cost voltage control applications. It is suitable for the implementation of motor control applications such as brushed DC motors and provides high-speed performance and excellent noise immunity. The IRS2106STRPBF is optimized to deliver ultra-low conduction losses and is designed to minimize power dissipation and related thermal loss. It is capable of sinking and sourcing up to 2.2A of peak current and can drive up to 65V. This integrated circuit is RoHS-compliant and currently not accepting orders due to factory shutdown.
