Technologies is an integrated switching regulators that provides efficient, low-voltage power conversion. This regulator offers a wide adjustable output voltage range (4.75-36V) and constant current operation with up to 16A output current. It is designed with an advanced synchronous rectification topology, leading to high efficiency over the full load range. The device includes a Power Good (PG) signal output and is protected from over-current, over-temperature and short-circuit conditions. It is available in a small 5x6x0.8 mm OTP package. This device is suitable for applications requiring point-of-load (POL) conversions and fast load axis transient requirements including servers, telecom systems, computers, data storage, industrial applications, medical equipments and automotive applications.
