Data Sheet No.PD94724 IR3638SPbF HIGH FREQUENCY SYNCHRONOUS PWM BUCK CONTROLLER FOR TRACKING APPLIACTIONS Features Description The IR3638 controller IC is designed to provide a Power up Sequencing / Tracking simple synchronous Buck regulator for on-board Enable Input DC to DC applications in a 14-pin SOIC. The Internal 400kHz Oscillator IR3638 is designed specifically for tracking Programmable Soft-Start applications by providing the track input. Fixed Frequency Voltage Mode The IR3638 operates at a fixed internal 400kHz Output Voltage as low as 0.6V l switching frequency allowing the use of smal external components. The device features a programmable soft start set Applications by an external capacitor, under-voltage lockout Tracking Applications and output under-voltage detection that latches Game Consoles off the device when an output short is detected.
