The IR2104STRPBF is an integrated high- and low-side driver IC manufactured by Infineon. It features an integrated high-performance, high- and low-side power MOSFETs, an inverting shutdown pin, a temperature protection circuit, and current limiting and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) protection. The device operates from 6V to 18V and can deliver up to 6A of output power in half-bridge applications. It features programmable slew rate control and a frequency upto 300KHz, making it ideal for motor and lighting applications. The device is designed to operate with either an isolated or non-isolated control signal (with power supply voltage up to 24V).
