ICE3BR4765JG Fixed-Frequency, 650V CoolSET in DS0-12 Package Product Highlights Active Burst Mode to reach the lowest Standby Power <50 mW Auto Restart protection for over load, over temperature and over voltage External auto-restart enable function PG-DSO-12 Built-in soft start and blanking window Extendable blanking Window for high load jumps Built-in frequency jitter and soft driving for low EMI Green Mold Compound Pb-free lead plating RoHS compliant Features Applications 650 V avalanche rugged CoolMOS with built-in Startup Cell Adapter/Charger, Blue Ray/DVD player, Set-top Box, Digital Photo Frame Active Burst Mode for lowest Standby Power Auxiliary power supply of Server, PC, Printer, TV, Home Fast load jump response in Active Burst Mode theater/Audio System, White Goods, etc 65 kHz internally fixed switching frequency Description Auto Restart Protection for Over load, Open Loop, VCC Under TM TM voltage & Over voltage and Over temperature The CoolSET -F3R jitter series is the latest version of CoolSET - F3. It targets for the Off-Line battery adapters and low cost SMPS Built-in Soft Start for lower power range such as application for DVD R/W, DVD Built-in blanking window with extendable blanking time for Combi, Blue ray DVD player, set top box, etc. Besides inherited the short duration high current TM outstanding performance of the CoolSET -F3 in the BiCMOS External auto-restart enable pin technology, active burst mode, auto-restart protection, Maximum Duty Cycle 75% TM propagation delay compensation, etc., CoolSET -F3R series has Overall tolerance of Current Limiting < 5% some new features such as built-in soft start time, built-in Internal PWM Leading Edge Blanking blanking window, built-in frequency jitter, soft gate driving, etc. In BiCMOS technology for low power consumption and wide VCC case a longer blanking time is needed for high load application, a voltage range simple addition of capacitor to BA pin can serve the purpose. Built-in Frequency jitter and Soft gate drive for low EMI Furthermore, an external auto-restart enable feature can provide extra protections when there is a need of immediate stop of power switching.
