ICE2QR2280G Quasi-Resonant, 800 V CoolSET in DS0-12 Package Product Highlights Active Burst Mode to reach the lowest standby power requirement <100 mW no load PG-DSO-12 Quasi resonant operation Digital frequency reduction for better overall system efficiency 800 V avalanche rugged CoolMOS with startup cell Pb-free lead plating, halogen free mold compound, RoHS compliant Auxiliary power supply of Server, PC, Printer, TV, Home Features TM theater/Audio System, White Goods, etc. 800V avalanche rugged CoolMOS with built-in startup cell Quasi resonant operation till very low load Active burst mode operation for low standby input power (< Description 0.1W) TM The CoolSET -Q1 series (ICE2QRxx80G) is the first generation of Digital frequency reduction with decreasing load for reduced quasi-resonant integrated power ICs. It is optimized for off-line switching loss switch mode power supply applications such as LCD monitor, DVD Built-in digital soft-start R/W, DVD Combo, Blue-ray DVD, set top box, etc. Operating the Foldback point correction, cycle-by-cycle peak current MOSFET switch in quasi-resonant mode, lower EMI, higher limitation and maximum on time limitation efficiency and lower voltage stress on secondary diodes are Auto restart mode for VCC over-voltage protection, under- expected for the SMPS. Based on the BiCMOS technology, the voltage protection, over-load protection and over- TM CoolSET -Q1 series has a wide operation range (up to 25 V) of IC temperature protection power supply and lower power consumption. It also offers many Latch-off mode for adjustable output over-voltage protection advantages such as a quasi-resonant operation till very low load and transformer short-winding protection increasing the average system efficiency compared to the other conventional solutions the Active Burst Mode operation enables Applications an ultra-low power consumption at standby mode with small and Adapter/Charger, Blue Ray/DVD player, Set-top Box, Digital a controllable output voltage ripple.
