The FM24V01A-GTR with F-RAM F-RAM Memory Serial manufactured by Infineon is a non-volatile memory that offers a low power alternative to Flash or EEPROM memory. It is ideal for applications which require high endurance, low power operation, and extreme read/write compatibility. The memory has a 1 Mbit capacity and is organized as 128K words/256K bytes. It also has a deep standby mode, where an accessible 1 MHz clock is required, thus reducing power consumption to < 100nA.
