The CY8C4125LQI-S423 is an ARM Microcontrollers - MCU PSoC 4 S-Series CapSense manufactured by Infineon. This device is designed to provide a low cost, low power, and highly integrated mixed signal microcontroller (MCU) solution. It combines an ARM Cortex-M0+ based MCU core with a range of analog and digital peripherals. The onboard Programmable System-on-Chip (PSoC) hardware blocks enable flexibility and features such as capacitive touch sensing and analog signal conditioning. This device offers up to 64KBytes of flash memory for program and data storage, 48KBytes of SRAM, an I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, and USB 2.0 FS serial peripheral interface and up to 40 GPIO pins for external connection. Additionally, the CY8C4125LQI-S423 has up to two I2C compatible CapSense controllers for capacitive touch sensing.
