TechnologiesThe CY8C4014PVI-422T is an ARM Microcontroller (MCU) manufactured by Infineon Technologies. It is part of the PSoC4 family of devices, providing a highly configurable platform to create a range of custom embedded applications. This MCU features a Cortex-M0 microprocessor core capable of speeds up to 50MHz. It also includes 320KB of on-chip flash memory, 28KB of RAM, 2KB of data EEPROM, and 4KB of code EEPROM. The chip also contains four user-configurable digital-analog blocks and up to eight independent clock sources. The PSoC4 MCU uses a segmented memory architecture and built-in CapSense Plus technology which simplifies interactions with touch-based controls. Furthermore, the chip also includes a host of other on-chip peripherals such as USB, I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, and Watchdog Timer.
