The Infineon CY15B064J-SXET F-RAM Memory Serial is an electronic memory component with low power consumption. It uses Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (F-RAM) technology in order to provide highly reliable non-volatile data storage. This product is available in a 8-pin SOP package and provides 64Kbit of memory (8Kx8). It has a word size of 8 bits, a data access time of 10µs, and an operating voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V. The product is capable of both write and read operations, and it features a very low power consumption; at 5V it consumes only 2mA during write operations and 0.1mA during read operations.
